- Co-author of “Ensuring Product Integrity” (Australian & New Zealand Grape Growers Journal, May 2004). This paper addressed preventing the misappropriation of a producer’s product and guaranteeing the consumer correspondence between a product description and what they buy. The article reflected my personal aim of promoting systems for ensuring reputable conduct in commercial transactions and truth in advertising for the benefit of consumers.
- Author of Consider Legal Aspects in your E-commerce Strategies: Asian Pacific Women’s Information Network Centre University Press. This paper addressed ‘cross-border issues’ and focused on assisting women to take advantage of technological changes and at the same time give warnings and directions to help them steer a safe passage in those ‘uncharted seas’.
